Sludge from drinking water production

Increasingly, the sludge from the purification of water is processed directly in the water production plants. Previously released in the wild or in the sewer system without treatment, the sludge from drinking water production now follows the same channels of elimination as the sludge from wastewater treatment. The sludges then undergo treatments similar to those of dewatering of sewage sludge: centrifugation or mechanical pressing.

The composition of drinking water sludge is different from that of sewage sludge. We offer a wide range of products for sludge conditioning, some specially adapted for the treatment of drinking water sludge.
