Feralco AB takes over Venator Wasserchemie in Germany. This company will be integrated to Feralco Deutschland GmbH.

Feralco AB announces that its subsidiary Feralco Deutschland GmbH has reached a binding agreement to acquire the share capital of Venator Wasserchemie GmbH of the Venator Group. As a result of the merger, both companies are using the opportunity to strengthen their market position in Germany and other national markets in the long term. As a result, the merger of the companies of Feralco Deutschland GmbH in Nienburg and Feralco Wasserchemie GmbH at the Duisburg, Ibbenbüren and Schwarzheide locations. All locations now appear as production locations of Feralco Deutschland GmbH.

With this takeover of Venator Wasserchemie, the Feralco Group expands its expertise, product range and geographic coverage. This merger offers the possibility of serving the common customers with an improved and more competitive offer in the future . By integrating it into an existing European production network with three additional locations in Germany, the company can offer extremely high delivery security, faster delivery times and a reduction in carbon emissions thanks to shorter transport routes.
