Feralco regularly seeks talents. Every new employee receives an induction to enable him or her to quickly master the environment in which they operate. Welcome meetings, trainings and meetings with various stakeholders are held in order to gain a better understanding of the business as well as a better understanding of the organisation and business strategy.


Training is an essential element of maintaining and developing the skills of each employee. Each year Feralco devotes a budget of more than 3% of its payroll on training. The varied range of training we offer consists of courses focusing on the heart of business (chemicals, water treatment), but also on other areas such as foreign languages, computer science or marketing.
Feralco regularly hosts trainees (training agreement, learning contract etcetera) as part of their initial training.

Personal development

The HR department assists employees throughout their career, based on HR tools such as annual performance evaluation and business meetings. Through the annual talk each employee receives preferred means of taking stock of their skills, discuss the past year and agree on areas of improvement.
